We stayed at the Lake City comfort suites on the 11th and the 14th of April. We had planned on staying the night of the 11th. Lake City was a good location on the way to Sarasota. On the 14th we had not planned to stay but circumstances caused us to change plans. We had been very pleased on the night of the 11th so we arranged or second night online as we traveled. We were treated with kindness and excellent care both times. JUJU the night manager remembered us on the 14th and made us feel most welcome. Very comfortable beds. Very clean, which is so important.

Breakfast was very good, a great selection of breakfast foods offered. Staff was attentive to the area replacing items as necessary without any need to ask someone . Was kept clean in area of eating, tables. The girls working in that area were attentive to your needs. The lobby, elevators, rooms were very clean. They had sanitized the room also in between having guests in them. Give this hotel a 10 rating, the very best.

Well managed, and probably the best choice among the dozens of charmless chain hotels in this area. Everything was in good shape and comfortable. The pool is small but the area around it is nice for being stuck next to a parking lot, with decent furniture. Breakfast was OK for this kind of place.

Lots of parking for Uhauls and trucks! We had a 26' truck with an auto transport on the back and parking was not a problem at this hotel. The pool looked really nice but we ran out of time. Lots of great eating places nearby! Check in was a breeze and JuJu made us feel right at home.

Everything. Everything about the stay at Comfort Inn exceeded our expectations. I had a little problem with the bed but I don't think it was the bed, I think it was me. I'm so used to a Select Comfort airbed, spring type beds now bother me, I couldn't get comfortable.
